The dirt is gradually scorched and carbonized and ignited; B, due to heat accumulation, the insulation material of the coil is ignited; C, the insulation material of the coil accelerates aging due to overheating and generates leakage, sparks, therefore, if the dirt inside the motor is removed, the cooling effect will be greatly improved.

3. Overheating due to overload, causing dirt such as coil insulation and grease to be ignited and burned.

4. Bearing fever is caused by poor installation, insufficient oil and lubricating oil. Due to the failure to meet the normal operation requirements or the motor is stuck, the starting current of the motor is too large and the coil suddenly burns.

5. When the brush produces sparks, it must be replaced with a new one. If necessary, the motor commutator should be trimmed and polished. The brush parts must also be cleaned regularly. Sparks and carbon powder will damage the commutator of the motor and ignite flammable threads and other dirt.

6. Due to the vibration of the motor terminals will be loose, regular cleaning, can be a good check, and the loose terminals tightened.
