Incoloy 20 is a corrosion-resistant alloy with many excellent properties, has good resistance to oxidation and medium reduction corrosion, has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and good local corrosion resistance in many chemical process media have satisfactory corrosion resistance characteristics. Alloy 28 (UNS N08028,W No. 1.4563) is a nickel-iron-complex alloy with molybdenum and copper additions. It has excellent resistance to reducing and oxidizing acids, stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion. The alloy is resistant to sulfuric and phosphoric acid, used in dry chemical processing, pollution control equipment, oil and gas pipelines, nuclear fuel reprocessing, acid production and pickling equipment.
